F1 Event

Weeks ago:
We said goodbye to one of the Chartering guys.

In true German style, we had lunch at Paulaner Brahaus Millenia Walk.

It was difficult for me as almost all of the menu contains pork.

Most popular dish in the restaurant being their pork knuckles.

In the end, I settled for seafood pasta.

Not quite the German food but it was the only thing on the menu I could eat.

Last weekend:

We had been super duper busy last week.

A lot of clients coming to town for our OCS F1 Dinner at Jaan.

It's not easy organizing with guests who are coming in from all over the world.

Especially if they dun really read email informations that were sent to them.

In the end, both nights went well.

Saturday's posh sit-down dinner on the 70th floor, where you can view 3/4 of the racing circuit, went beautifully until someone accidentally knocked a glass of red wine onto the carpet *a six-day old carpet changed exclusively for the F1 Grand Prix event*.

Sunday's a more relaxed party with guests mingling freely over the buffet watching the final race.

Hubby enjoyed himself after being invited by the MD since we were given 2 convention rooms instead of only one which we booked specially for the F1.

It was really different having watched the previous races on the TV and watching the race LIVE.

What an adrenaline rush!
