Not including the 20mins he spent on the phone with Singtel Customer Service Officer.

And, another 20mins for Singtel CSO to re-process the early upgrade.

Apparently, the Singtel CSO Hubby spoke to in the afternoon, did not process our request for an early upgrade alto it was already approved.

hmph!

All was forgiven when HE *hubby, of course* got the phone.

His new phone is much thinner than his W850i.

Lighter too!

Our phones are now almost identical in color.

My K770i in Brown, his W910i in Bronze.
