Wat a sick bastard! How can anyone do that to a helpless animal. The current punishment of 1yr jail & a fine of up to $10,000 is not enough.

I live in Hougang and on 2 different occasions I saw people abusing animals.

The first incident happened while I was walking home. I saw an old man ramming a cat with a stroller with his grandson in it! Wat sickens me most was the old man expression. He was laughing and pointing at the poor cat to his grandson.

Second incident saw a man and his son chasing and throwing slippers at a cat. Luckily for the cat, they missed.

Both incident made me screamed! I was sooo mad! Wat angered me more was when both stupid men laughed at me. Like I am some kind of a freak! There I was screaming my head off and they were laughing. One even said that the slippers he threw (in his own words) 'Never kena the cat wat...'

Wat kind of upbringing are they teaching their children? That's its okay to hurt animals? Who gave them the right to hurt animals?

The appropriate punishment to these sickos? Do to them wat they did to the animals. Yup. Tit for tat.

You kill a dog/cat? We kill you.

Chopped a cat head & legs off? We'll chopped your head & feet off as well.
