New job. New beginning.

Hubby received a call from SMRT telling him that his medical check-up & LTA checks were all clear.

Training will start on 26/06/07 and will last for 11/2mths. He was told he will be paid $32 per day. Everything else, they will inform him this Thursday.

Whew!

Finally! He has a job. I was getting paranoid by the second. All the 'What if's & Macam mana kalau's keep playing in my mind.

'What if you tak dapat the SMRT job?'

*Dapat lah......jgn takut......*

'Macam mana kalau you cannot find any other job?'

*Ape pulak tak dapat.....despatch, courier banyak ape......*

'What if you tak kerja and we cannot pay the bills?'

*Dapat lah.....ade kerja.......*

'What if.....................'

*Eh, you jgn what if boleh tak?*

Paranoid right?

I can't help it. We bills and installments to pay. On top of that, we are also saving for our own place. I was told that we will be collecting our keys early next year.

Okay.......I really, really hope that this new job is better for us. Better in terms of stability & financially.

Working for the previous employer really SUCK!

I DO NOT remember any despatch rider collecting a whole roasted duck, sending the Boss's children to the airport, sending and collecting their dry-cleaned clothes/carpets/chairs etc, etc, etc.

Hubby is a despatch rider. NOT a maid

NOT a driver.
