I came across an advert in BH today. It's about a catering co having a promotion. It was the caterer that Hubby used for our wedding reception. The menu was about the same as his. Then, something caught my eye.
It was the free 5 tiers, 25kg wedding cake with the bride's & groom's name. Good deal right. WRONG! Our FREE wedding cake had another couple's name! His aunt had to alter the cake. The Bubur Pulut Hitam did not have any pulut in it. Only the 'gravy', so that was not served. Soo many things were happening *most of the food was not enough* and the owner, who apparently was my F-I-L friend, was unreachable. *so much for friendship*
When we went down to make payment on the balance, Hubby voiced his dissatisfaction about the service, the owner kept saying that it was becoz he & F-I-L were friends that he agreed to do our wedding. And he said my F-I-L kept requesting for a discount. *Remember: Family friend Discount = bad service*
My caterer is also a family friend. So are my makeup artists & cameraman. We also asked them for discount.
So, how come mine turned out superb but not Hubby's?
